How do I sign up?

Simply contact us via the contact page here so we can arrange an engineer to attend and undertake an initial inspection of your system. If you system can be covered by the scheme the engineer will undertake the sign up paper work with you or it can be left to fill in and send to us in the post or via email. We can also undertake a remote sign up over the phone if required.

Can I get my boiler serviced straight away?

Yes, we service your boiler as part of the initial inspection which we undertake upon joining the scheme.

I haven?t been servicing my boiler. Can I get Warmcover?

Yes as long as the boiler passes its initial inspection. If your boiler is found in bad condition we may quote a repair before accepting the boiler onto the Warmcover scheme.

Do any of the plans cover my hot water tank or cylinder?

Yes Warmcover 4 however there are restrictions on the type of cylinder which may incur additional charges as per our terms and conditions. For example if you have a cylinder connected to solar or a wood burner.

What is a boiler efficiency check?

Our digital combustion analyser will show the efficiency of the burning process.

How do I know if my boiler is inside the manufacturer?s guarantee period?

We can check this for you upon the initial inspection. The manufacturer will be able to tell us based on the serial number of your boiler.

What is covered in your boiler cover plans? Do I have to pay for parts and materials?

You do not have to pay for anything dependant on the plan you have. For example, if you have Warmcover 2 which is just to cover your boiler then all parts and labour would be covered by the plan for boiler breakdowns. Anything not related to the boiler such as a leaking radiator valve would be a chargeable repair at your discounted rate.

What is heating controls cover? Does it include my Hive or other smart control?

Yes all heating controls will be covered however we reserve the right to provide similar products if your product is unavailable.

Will you remind me when my boiler is due a service?

Yes we have an automated system to contact you 4 weeks before your boiler is due for service. This can be done via written letter in the post or email.

How will you take my payment every month?

We take payment using a secure direct debit which we set up for you. The payments can be taken on either the 1st or 15th of each month.

I have an oil or electric boiler. Can I get Warmcover?

Yes, oil boilers are charged at an additional £8.50 per month. Electric boilers will be quoted upon initial inspection.

Do any of the plans cover my central heating?

Yes – Warmcover 4.

What is included in my free annual premium boiler service?

What does priority fast tracked service mean?

We serve over 3000 general clients in the area. If a priority (Warmcover) client contacts us we will priorities their repair and move non urgent jobs to create a time slot if required.

What does 24/7 support mean? Is there a call out charge?

There is no excess for Warmcover visits and we have a 24 hour phone line.

What is Heating System cover?

Heating system cover is for your radiators, zone valves, pipe work, vales etc. Anything which is connected to the heating system outside of the boiler.

What if you can't fix my boiler?

If we can’t fix your boiler but parts are available we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange for a fixed price repair with the cost covered by your cover plan with us. If your boiler becomes beyond repair or parts are not available we can install you a new boiler at a discounted rate ad provide a 10 year guarantee.

What can I spend my 10% discount on?

Anything from entire bathrooms to tap repairs.

Can I cancel my plan? How do I go about cancelling?

You can cancel your plan at any time however if you have had your boiler serviced there will be a cancellation fee which varies dependant on the time of cancellation from when your boiler was last serviced.
