* For Oil Services: Please note that as part of the standard annual service, the nozzle is required to be replaced each year to ensure the boiler continues to operate safely and efficiently. The oil hose may also be replaced if necessary, as this is routine and helps maintain reliable performance. Any additional items will be invoiced after the service as required.
For Aga / Rayburns: Please note this price is based on the appliance having a full service history and being in proper working order. If additional time or work is required, further charges may apply.

Out of hours emergencies*
After 4:30pm Monday to Friday and during weekends/ bank holidays.
Additional parts and materials may be required. Charges apply door to door from the engineer’s start location. The attendance fee includes 60 minutes of engineer time; whether this is used for travel or at the premises depends on how far away the engineer is located. The on-call engineer will give you an indication of expected travel timings before he leaves. If the overall time spent is less than 60 minutes the full amount remains payable.
