Additional parts and materials may be required, charges of which will be communicated. The Attendance Fee includes travel time & up to 60 minutes at the premises. If we are at the premises for less than 60 minutes the full amount remains payable.

Out of hours emergencies*

Additional parts and materials may be required. Charges apply door to door from the engineer’s start location. The attendance fee includes 60 minutes of engineer time; whether this is used for travel or at the premises depends on how far away the engineer is located. The on-call engineer will give you an indication of expected travel timings before he leaves. If the overall time spent is less than 60 minutes the full amount remains payable.
