Our team includes a core office support network, including customer service, office management and sales managers. This means if you’re in the field they do everything they can to make your life easier! They book jobs and plan your routes so you can start your day without having to worry about Google Maps. They can support you with any issues that arise and keep customers up to date if you’re running behind or need to reschedule. We strongly believe in giving you enough time to do the job well. You just turn up to the job and do what you do best.
Our management are engineers too! Our founders and General Manager are all heating and plumbing engineers by trade, and some of them are still on the tools. It means they can come and help out when you’re busy or provide a useful ear for when you need a second opinion.
We use the latest software to make your work life easier. You will be given a tablet to write up job notes, view upcoming jobs and more. Your van will be kitted out with everything you need and can easily be restocked with one of our merchant partners.
We have a dedicated Marketing Manager who manages our website and advertising. If there is a lead we will find it! There’s a chance to get involved in this side of the business if it interests you.
Know where you stand with our procedures and policies. Over the past year we’ve been working with an HR and strategy expert to improve the way the business functions. You’ll get a full induction when you arrive and continued support. With training plans, regular reviews and more, you’ll feel like a valued and cared for member of the team.

Plumbing Engineer
£25,000-£37,000 per year DOE | Full Time | Permanent
Join our brilliant team and become part of the family business. We are looking for a full time Plumbing Engineer to cover domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs. We serve the South West with a high focus on our local area of Exeter & East Devon.
About you:
- You will be confident with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- You will be able to install Sanitaryware and other parts to a high standard.
- You will require great customer skills and must treat every home equally and to the standards we require.
- You must be competent in using a smart phone and basic job management systems for your day to day work such as an electronic diary and job sheet.
- Be professional with great timekeeping.
- Be a team player who is supportive of colleagues as well as being willing to work on your own to get jobs done.
- Understanding of heating systems would be advantageous.

Service and Breakdown Engineer (Gas/Oil/LPG/Heat Pumps)
£37,500-£40,000 per year DOE | Full Time | Permanent
Are you a highly skilled service and breakdown engineer? We want to hear from you! We serve the South West with a high focus on our local area of Exeter & East Devon.
About you:
- Competent with all boiler diagnostics, servicing & maintenance across all major brands.
- Hold the relevant gas and oil qualifications.
- You will require great customer skills and must treat every home equally and to the standards we require.
- You must be competent in using a smart phone and basic job management systems for your day to day work such as an electronic diary and job sheet.
- Be professional with great timekeeping.
- Be a team player who is supportive of colleagues as well as being willing to work on your own to get jobs done.
- Previous experience working with heat pumps would be advantageous.

Plumbing and Heating Technical Surveyor & Estimator
£30,000 – £40,000 per year subject to experience and probationary period | Full Time | Permanent
We are looking for a hungry and driven technical surveyor & estimator to join our journey to the top as we continue our mission to be the number one plumbing & heating company in the South West.
The employed package is available for the very best candidate to cover a 45 mile radius of EX14 9QD. We have a heavy focus on Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, South Somerset & West Dorset.
You will need to have strong technical knowledge of domestic plumbing & heating systems and an awareness of light commercial plumbing & heating systems. A willingness to learn & grow your technical knowledge of more complicated systems is of high importance.
Areas of work that will require costing and specification include, but not limited to the following:
- Gas heating systems
- Oil heating systems
- LPG heating systems
- Air & ground source heating systems
- Unvented hot water systems
- Underfloor heating
- Oil tank installations
- Water pressurisation systems
- Smart controls
- System schematics
- Heating related wiring systems
- All areas of domestic plumbing
- Solar thermal hot water
- Thermal storage tanks
About you:
The successful applicant will:
- Have great attention to detail.
- Provide a faultless service to our clients.
- Be able to provide clear and detailed specifications and hold positive communication skills.
- Be confident in ordering materials, scheduling labour requirements, basic project management and providing technical service.
- Be experienced in using basic CRM software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Company vehicle, smart phone and tablet/laptop will be provided.
Office support to be provided to assist with tracking quotations, following up leads and closing clients when needed.
Payroll will be either basic salary plus commission or a fixed salary to be discussed with annual bonus subject to meeting targets.
